Impressed Current Cathodic Protection (ICCP) & Earthing Systems
Prevent catastrophic soil and saltwater corrosion on buried steel pipelines, underground storage tanks (USTs), and reinforced concrete structures. We engineer NACE-compliant Impressed Current Cathodic Protection (ICCP) systems, sacrificial anode beds, and ultra-low resistance chemical earthing grids.
Corrosion & Earthing Scope
- 1. Transformer-Rectifiers (TR Units): Air-cooled and oil-cooled cathodic TR units with automatic potential control.
- 2. Mixed Metal Oxide (MMO) Anodes: Deep-well and distributed MMO anode groundbeds with 25+ year operational lifespan.
- 3. Deep Bore Chemical Earthing: Maintenance-free copper-bonded rods in conductive backfill compound (≤ 1 Ohm resistance).
- 4. Remote Monitoring Stations: SCADA-interfaced permanent reference electrodes for real-time pipe-to-soil voltage logging.
