Complete Distribution Spectrum

1. Main Distribution Boards (MDB / PCC): High-ampere incomers (up to 4000A) with Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs), motorized changeover, digital multi-function metering, and surge protection.
2. Sub-Main Distribution Boards (SMDB): Intermediate distribution floor panels with MCCB outgoing feeders, individual earth leakage (ELR) protection, and sub-metering.
3. Final Distribution Boards (DB): Single-phase & three-phase lighting, power, and UPS distribution boards with RCBO/MCB protection inside IP42/IP65 enclosures.
4. Motor Control Centers (MCC): Draw-out/fixed compartments with VFD drives, soft starters, and thermal protection for heavy induction pumps and machinery.

End-to-End Execution Workflow

1. Design & Calculation: CAD electrical schematics, short-circuit fault calculations, busbar temperature rise sizing, and component selection (Schneider, ABB, Siemens, L&T).
2. In-House Assembly & Busbar Bending: 99.9% electrolytic grade copper busbars, heat-shrink color-coded sleeving, precision CNC cutting, and vibration-resistant torquing.
3. Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT): Insulation resistance (Megger), 2.5kV high-voltage withstand test, control circuit logic check, and primary current injection validation.
4. Site Delivery, Rigging & Glanding: Transport, baseline grouting, cable tray entry, brass gland termination, earth bonding, and live grid commissioning.
