- 2. In-House Assembly & Busbar Bending: 99.9% electrolytic grade copper busbars, heat-shrink color-coded sleeving, precision CNC cutting, and vibration-resistant torquing.
- 3. Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT): Insulation resistance (Megger), 2.5kV high-voltage withstand test, control circuit logic check, and primary current injection validation.
- 4. Site Delivery, Rigging & Glanding: Transport, baseline grouting, cable tray entry, brass gland termination, earth bonding, and live grid commissioning.
